Michael J. Haag joins Accordia as Chief Building Engineer. With over two decades of experience in facilities management and engineering trades, Michael brings extensive knowledge and a strong commitment to high associate morale and customer service excellence. His impressive career includes key roles such as Director of Property Operations at Westin Governor Morris Hotel and Chief Engineer at Embassy Suites Hotel in Parsippany. Michael has a proven track record in P&L analysis, project management, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Michael holds certifications as a New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operator, EPA Universal Refrigerant Technician, Certified Pool Operator and a Mold Remediation Specialist. He is also pursuing an engineering degree from Rutgers and Rochester Institute of Technology.
