Accordia Realty is looking to hire an ambitious professional to assist in the onsite management and administration of our commercial real estate portfolio as the company’s Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in all aspects of the business and match the entrepreneurial spirit in which our team prides itself. The candidate will undertake various administrative tasks and should be highly organized and detailed oriented. They will support the needs of each department with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects and should be effective in self-starting and prioritizing tasks. The candidate will be front facing with tenants, clients and industry professionals and should have a natural inclination towards customer service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for performing high-level administrative duties and assisting with day-to-day operations across departments
  • Collaborates with various departments to assist with running a portfolio of industrial, office, medical office, and retail properties as well as development projects
  • Serves as initial point of contact for tenants, vendors, clients, etc. while exhibiting high level of customer service to facilitate support accordingly
  • Provides support for ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by various departments or personnel
  • Oversees general office operations including; greeting visitors, managing phone calls, correspondence (mail, packages, e-fax) and interoffice communication, coordinating appointments/meetings, maintaining calendars, making travel reservations, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, maintaining company records, etc.
  • Supports AR/AP processes across the portfolio
  • Assists in the preparation of annual business plans provided to ownership
  • Supports all new acquisitions in regards to due diligence and property transition strategies
  • Involved in company’s marketing efforts including planning and execution of company and building/tenant events

KEY SKILLS

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with specific attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
