Colleen Kayhart

Colleen Kayhart joined Accordia as Assistant Controller, bringing nearly a decade of experience in financial reporting, construction management accounting, and full-cycle corporate accounting within the real estate industry. In her role, Colleen oversees project-based financial reporting, cost analysis, and complex accounting functions that support large-scale development and construction operations. She plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting informed decision-making across multiple projects and portfolios.

Before joining the team, Colleen held accounting roles at Prism Capital Partners as a Senior Accountant and at Avison Young as a Project Accountant, where she developed a strong foundation in construction accounting, real estate development financials, and project-level reporting.

Colleen’s background brings precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of real estate financials to the organization, strengthening reporting capabilities and supporting the successful execution of Accordia’s initiatives. 

Colleen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Accounting from Coastal Carolina University.
