Christian Sannicandro

Christian Sannicandro is the Assistant Real Estate Manager at Accordia, supporting the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of the company’s portfolio. He plays a key role in coordinating tenant relations, managing vendor services, assisting with budgeting and reporting, and ensuring the smooth execution of property management functions.

Christian recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Communications. His academic background, combined with his growing experience in the field, allows him to approach property management with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset.

Christian works closely with senior management, tenants, and service providers to help maintain high standards of operation across Accordia’s real estate holdings.
