Brian Hayden

Brian Hayden is a Real Estate Manager at Accordia with more than 20 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. He is responsible for the operational and financial performance of properties within Accordia’s portfolio, working closely with tenants, vendors, ownership and internal teams to oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, capital planning and property-level initiatives.

Prior to joining Accordia, Brian was with Kimco Realty Corporation, where he managed the company’s Staten Island portfolio totaling approximately 1 million square feet. He has also held property management positions with Silbert Realty & Management Company, Levin Management Corporation and Simon Property Group. Throughout his career, Brian has developed extensive experience in retail and commercial property management, tenant relations, lease administration, operating expense management, construction coordination and capital planning.

Brian brings a hands-on, proactive approach to property management, with a focus on operational efficiency, tenant service and preserving and enhancing long-term asset value.

Brian attended Northeastern University, where he served as captain of the football team.
