Benjamin Morgenthal

Benjamin Morgenthal brings a strong background in financial analysis and real estate transactions to his role as Associate, Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Accordia. He focuses on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up development, redevelopment projects, and capital raising, supporting growth in the Northeast, Carolinas, and Florida.

Previously, Benjamin served as a Senior Analyst at JLL Capital Markets in their New Jersey Office on the Debt and Equity Placement Team, evaluating and structuring capital markets transactions. At JLL, he was involved in more than $700 million in transactions across multiple property types.

A Lafayette College graduate with a degree in Economics with a Financial Certificate, Benjamin’s analytical expertise and commitment to excellence make him a vital addition to the Accordia team.
