Arelys joined Accordia as a Senior Property Accountant, bringing over 10 years of experience in the real estate development industry. In her role, Arelys oversees full-cycle accounting, general ledger analysis, and the management of accounts payable and receivable, delivering accurate, reliable financial results. She is known for her ability to implement practical, scalable accounting solutions that enhance controls, improve workflows, and support the continued growth of Accordia’s real estate portfolios. She has worked with industry leaders including Sanzari Enterprises and Prism Capital Partners. Arelys brings a big-picture financial perspective, identifying areas for improvement while collaborating seamlessly across the organization. Arelys supports our growing real estate portfolios through process-driven initiatives that streamline workflows and strengthen daily accounting operations.

Arelys graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from St. Peter’s College.
