Alexa Gordon

Alexa has been part of Accordia since 2018, starting as the Office Administrator and has grown steadily into a trusted leader, now serving as the Senior Real Estate Manager.

In her current role, Alexa oversees day-to-day operations across the portfolio while providing expanded leadership in portfolio strategy, team coordination, and higher-level operational and financial decision-making. She serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and plays a key role in ensuring consistent communication, execution, and performance across all assets.

Known for her clarity, accountability, and commitment to excellence, Alexa works closely with Accordia’s leadership on leasing, development initiatives, due diligence, and property transitions, while also mentoring interns and supporting cross-functional teams. Her growth reflects both her dedication and the evolution of Accordia itself.

Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Art History from the Fashion Institute of Technology and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent.
