

Accordia announced the promotions of Alexa Gordon to Senior Real Estate Manager, and Michael Huelbig to Real Estate Manager, recognizing their continued contributions and evolving management responsibilities as the firm continues to grow its portfolio.
Alexa Gordon joined Accordia in 2018 as Office Administrator. She now serves as the primary operational point of contact for tenants and oversees day-to-day portfolio operations. Her responsibilities include supporting portfolio strategy, coordinating internal teams, and contributing to higher-level operational and financial decision-making across Accordia’s assets.
Michael Huelbig, formerly a Building Engineer, will now oversee the day-to-day management of Accordia’s Carolinas and Southeast portfolio. His responsibilities include property operations, vendor oversight, tenant coordination, budgeting support, and the execution of capital and maintenance projects.
