Matthew Pizzolato

Accordia Executive Vice President, Matthew Pizzolato, is a distinguished leader in real estate capital markets. Before joining Accordia in 2024, Matthew served as Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets in their New Jersey Office on the Debt and Equity Placement Team. He was involved in more than $6 Billion in transactions across multiple property types.

In his role at Accordia, Matthew aims to expand the firm’s portfolio through strategic acquisitions and developments, focusing on the Northeast, Southeast and strategic markets across the U.S. Currently, he oversees financing strategies and capital sourcing for all projects and maintains key investment partner relationships.

Matthew holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
