Kathryn Massaro

Kat began her career in real estate with Accordia Realty Ventures in 2017 as the Office Administrator, working as both an Assistant Property Manager and Administrator. After learning the ins and outs of the industry, she transitioned into an accounting role. As the Real Estate Account Manager, Kat maintains the finances for both the portfolio and the company. On a daily basis, she oversees transactions on both receivable and payable accounts. While managing tenant accounts and other receivables, Kat also handles invoicing and processing payments, preparing cash requirement analysis and monthly financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis—working closely with the CFO, to maintain accurate and efficient accounting. She facilitates communication between ownership and investors and is responsible for coordinating financial updates and distributions across the portfolio. In addition to her financial role, Kat is also the acting Human Resources Representative for the company, maintaining payroll, benefits, and other employee-related functions. Kat also organizes corporate social events and activities.

Kat graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Kat is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent. She is also currently pursuing her Masters of Accounting from Seton Hall University.
