John Luongo

John is the Chief Financial Officer for Accordia Realty Ventures, overseeing the finances for the firm’s portfolio. He directs the preparation, audit, and approval of all financial statements. John is also responsible for forecasting the portfolio’s financial standing to ensure sufficient cash flow for operations.

In addition to his role at Accordia, John is a Partner at Luongo & Co., LLC, a certified public accounting firm that focuses on real estate and construction consulting, real estate due diligence and cost segregation studies, non-profit organizations, manufacturing, accounting and management, as well as litigation support, tax and business planning and management advisory services.

Prior to joining Luongo & Co., LLC, John served as a Principal at The Schonbraun McCann Group, LLC (formerly known as Schonbraun Safris McCann & Bekritsky & Co., LLC) where he focused on real estate and construction consulting, non-profit organizations, manufacturing, accounting and management, tax and business planning, due diligence, cost segregation, internal audit, and management advisory services. Prior to this, John held various positions including CFO and Controller in various regional real estate companies.

John graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. John is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
