Italo Potesta

Italo began his career with Accordia Realty Ventures in 2016. As the Building Engineer, Italo works closely with the property management team to ensure operational standards and initiatives are executed across the portfolio. In this role, Italo is responsible for maintenance and engineering services. He monitors, identifies and repairs problems in every phase of general maintenance and coordinates with third-party vendors to ensure that the physical assets of the property are properly maintained. This also includes all building mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, fire/life safety systems, etc.
