Daniela St. John

Daniela joined the Accordia team as an Office Administrator in 2024 — bringing with her a wealth of experience within the real estate industry. Beginning her journey in 2017 at Marcus & Millichap, Daniela initially provided administrative and marketing support to the Multifamily Investment Sales Team, focused on Hudson and Essex Counties. This role eventually evolved into managing the team’s pipeline and the strategic development of marketing materials for deals.

In 2021, Daniela joined CBRE’s premier Institutional Investment Sales team. It was there Daniela channeled her expertise to support the multifamily, office, and retail teams. She was also instrumental in leading the development of marketing content and managing the team’s pipeline.

Daniela is a graduate of Montclair State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2017.
