Christopher Hayes

As Chief Operating Officer Chris works with the principals as second in command to create, implement, and oversee the organizations’ objectives and business strategies across all divisions of the organization which include Acquisitions, Asset/Property Management and Development. Chris also oversees all facets of internal business segments including IT, Marketing and Human Resources.

Chris was previously Managing Director at Accordia where his primary responsibilities included operational oversight of Accordia’s entire real estate portfolio across all major asset classes totaling roughly 4.5 million SF. Chris has been with Accordia since 2011 and has nearly 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Accordia Chris worked for notable real estate companies CBRE and Grubb & Ellis.
