Since Warren Office Center’s original acquisition by Accordia in 2005, the building has been sold twice, however Accordia has remained closely tied to the asset as property manager. The complex of three, two-story buildings consisting of 59,110 square feet of medical and office space rests on 4.39 acres of landscaped property.
Warren Office Center is located between Interstate 78 (Exit 36) and Route 22 and is also a short drive to Route 287, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway, Routes 1 and 9 and Newark Airport.
