Originally constructed in 1984, River Drive Center II is located in the River Drive Office Campus, a three-building complex consisting of a total of 300,000 square feet of office and medical space. River Drive I also includes several desirable amenities, such as a two-story atrium lobby and an on-site cafeteria.

The property was acquired by one of Accordia’s institutional financial partners, who engaged Accordia to manage, upgrade, and reposition the property. In 2019 Accordia oversaw extensive upgrades to the property, including a complete redesign and update to interiors, common areas, lavatories, and HVAC systems.

Warren Office Center

Since Warren Office Center’s original acquisition by Accordia in 2005, the building has been sold twice, however Accordia has remained closely tied to the asset as property manager. The complex of three, two-story buildings consisting of 59,110 square feet of medical and office space rests on 4.39 acres of landscaped property.
