Accordia Realty Ventures is a full service real estate firm dedicated to the creative and collaborative process of value creation through real estate investment and development.  Accordia Realty Ventures was formed in the Spring of 2005 with the vision of acquiring and developing Class A commercial real estate in prime markets in Northern New Jersey and its surrounding environs. Our focus is on industrial, retail, office and residential asset classes, as well as mixed use, Urban Redevelopment projects.

In its first four years of operation, Accordia closed over $75 million dollars in investments for almost 550,000 square feet of commercial office space, acting as the Local Operating partner for institutional investment groups as well as private investors.  During that same period, Accordia consulted with several municipalities and developed schematic redevelopment plans for over several projects encompassing over 1 million s.f. of office space and 2500 residential units.

The two principals of Accordia bring a combined 50 years of experience to the firm,including, most recently having served individually as the Regional Managing Director, Executive Vice President/CEO of Development and Vice President of  Acquistions and Leasing, at a prominent regional New Jersey based real estate company.
