| Kelly Stowell - Senior Property Manager
Kelly will be primarily responsible for Accordia Realty Management Services operations and day to day management. Her responsibilities will include oversight of the company’s entire portfolio relating to financial reporting, daily operations, tenant and vendor relations, and construction management. In addition she will be working closely with partners, owners, and third party Asset and Property Management clients. Her past experience gives her unique qualifications when it comes to running commercial assets and implementing policies and procedures for maximum profit and valuation. Kelly served on the Baltimore Building Owners Association (BOMA) Board of Directors from 2009-2011 and chaired the programs committee. Kelly has a Master’s of Business Administration and is a LEED AP. She is also currently pursuing the Real Property Administrator Designation from BOMA. |

Kelly has ten years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Accordia Kelly was a Senior Asset Manager with Mackenzie Management Company in Baltimore, Maryland. At Mackenzie Kelly was responsible for a portfolio of fourteen commercial buildings totaling over one million square feet. In her role as Asset Manager Kelly oversaw contract administration, budget preparation, capital improvement recommendations, and tenant improvement project management. Kelly was also responsible for the training of new property managers as well as the transitioning of new management accounts.
