Preceding his promotion to Vice President, Jason’s primary responsibility as Director of Development was evaluating the economic viability of new
development opportunities amongst existing market conditions.  In addition it was his responsibility for underwriting all financial aspects of each project, for
strategizing investment parameters, and interacting closely with other departments of the company, to make go/no-go investment decisions. Jason had also
focused on leasing and marketing of new development projects as well as playing an integral role in negotiating purchase & sale contracts, joint venture
agreements, and commercial leases.  Most recent projects included a 200,000 s.f., $50 million build-to-suit office building in Bergen County, and several
redevelopment projects such as a $300 million brownfields mixed use redevelopment located in Hudson County.  

Prior to joining the Development Group, Jason worked in Advance’s Capital Markets & Acquisitions Group. His job duties included evaluating individual
acquisition opportunities for the company, creating financial models for joint venture acquisitions, and facilitating joint venture relationships and debt
financings, as well as valuing Advance’s internal portfolio.  He has been involved in almost $300 million of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and has
underwritten and evaluated over $1 billion in potential acquisition opportunities.  

Jason is also a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson, and has transacted over $2 million of real estate transactions in the past 5 years, for himself and his
partners, as a sideline to his full time work.

Jason graduated from New York University’s Real Estate Institute with a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Asset Management.  His
undergraduate degree is a Bachelors of Science in Communications from the University of Miami.

He is also a member of CoreNet, ICSC, and serves on the Executive Committee of ULI’s New Jersey Chapter as Co-Chairman of the Young Leaders
Group.

Prior to coming to Accordia Jason served as Vice President of Leasing in the New Jersey Region of Advance Realty Group, a private commercial real
estate developer/manager/investor. His primary responsibilities in this role consisted of creating and executing marketing programs for all of the company’s
mixed use and commercial office development projects.  Jason’s responsibilities ranged from providing market information in the conceptual phases of
projects to negotiating and executing leases with the ultimate end users. Some of Jason’s other duties have recently included oversight of several asset
dispositions, and participation in the structuring and execution of the financing strategies for development projects.  Two of the most notable transactions
included the negotiation for the sale of a $33MM mixed use project and a $27MM construction/acquisition loan for an urban redevelopment project.

underwriting new transactions, debt placement, joint venture relationships, asset management and general day to day financial
oversight of the company.

In addition, Jason works closely with Accordia's marketing teams and often oversees both tenant improvement and capital
programs for Accordia's properties in a construction management role.
