Accordia Realty Ventures is a full service real estate firm dedicated to the creative and collaborative process of value creation through
real estate investment and development. The Company was formed in Spring of 2005 to focus on industrial, retail, office and
residential asset classes, as well as mixed use, Urban Redevelopment projects.
The two principals of Accordia bring a combined 40 years of experience to the firm, having served individually as the Regional
Managing Director, Executive Vice President/CEO of a Development Group, and Vice President in charge of Financial Analysis and
Leasing, at a prominent New Jersey based real estate company for many years.

Accordia Realty Ventures was formed in the Spring of 2005 with the vision of acquiring and developing Class A commercial real estate in Class A markets in Northern New Jersey. In its first two years of operation, Accordia has closed over $70 million dollars in investments for almost 500,000 square feet of commercial office space.
