85 Chestnut Ridge Road is a 62,250 square foot office building located on
Chestnut Ridge Road in the center of
Montvale, New Jersey. The building is
two stories on its eastern side and one story on the west following the grade
change as it slopes up from the Garden State Parkway to Chestnut Ridge

was originally constructed in the 1960’s as an executive headquarters building
for Executive Jet Corporation which used this building as its headquarters for a
